Animals’ Guarantee and Claims
 

1.    All the animals sold are handpicked quality and covered by Live Guarantee Arrival.

2.    All animals are wild caught (WC) unless stated.

3.    All claim have to be done within 24 hours with digitally photographed while the animal still fresh (not frozen).

Payment & Procedures

4.    We need to collect 70% deposit from the pro-forma invoice to proceed with legal document. The remaining 30% will be collect within a week from the shipment date. Any over/under billed amount and DOAs will be adjust on the 2nd payment.

5.    Its normally take about 2 to 4 weeks to deliver your shipment once order confirmed. Order will only confirm once deposit received.

6.    Prices quoted are in US Dollar.

7.    Exoreptiles.com do not responsible for the shipment due to:-

            a.    Misinterpretation by customer of its own country legislation.

            b.    Shipment send to destination below 40(f) degrees or above 89(f) degrees.

            c.    Picked up by customer at airport more than 4 hours shipment arrived.
